We built a model that locates, grades and ranks outdated & low-performance business websites. Our team then looks at these leads and filters for the worst 1% of website leads. What we’re left with are seriously outdated and often ‘ugly’ websites. Our team then sources a key decision maker (KDM) at the business in question and locates their contact details. Once we have all data we package 25 unique leads － closest to your ideal customer profile － with all details into a unique monthly Design Lead Report, and send it to your team.

Before DesignLeads we ran ColdFire (a polite-cold-email LeadGen agency for creatives) and LifeSketch, a digital design agency. We learned that Design Agencies, while talented, often struggled to diversify their client acquisition channels. By their own admittance, agencies and designers often relied too much on their personal networks and Word of Mouth.
In 2024 we started building a model that helped our agency find, evaluate and index low-performance business websites, who actually needed our our design skills and expertise.
